500 KW - Waukesha VHP3521GSI, 1200 RPM, 60 HZ, 480 VAC

Suitable for operation on Natural gas or Digester Gas or associated gas meeting Waukesha Gaseous Fuel Specifications.

The Engine and Generator will be remanufactured to original manufacturer’s specifications in Kraft’s Massillon, OH rebuilding facility.

Remanufacturing of units will include the following:

•               New main bearings

•               Remanufactured crankshaft and camshafts

•               New pistons, cylinder liners and rings

•               Remanufactured water pumps

•               Remanufactured turbo chargers

•               New belt sets

•               New thermostats

•               New push rods

•               Remanufactured Lube oil pump - upgraded to most current version

•               Breather system – upgraded to Waukesha most current version.

•               Closed breather system with advanced filter and automatic regulating valve providing extended service levels

•               All new engine gaskets throughout

•               Remanufactured cylinder heads - upgraded to Waukesha most current longer life version

•               Complete new ignition system- Includes Gill Inductive ignition module or similar, new ignition harness rail system for longer life, new inductive coils, new spark plugs and plug wires

•               Remanufactured engine speed control governor (UG series) - to OEM specifications

•               Remanufactured connecting rods with new bushings

•               Remanufactured 24 V DC electric starter motors

•               New air and lube oil filters

•               All new thermocouples and wiring

•               Remanufactured carburetors

•               Remanufactured gas regulators

•               Remanufactured Oil cooler

•               Oil cooler and oil filter to be installed beside the base frame, pipe and tested

•               Remanufactured back-end alternator, with meager test, Dynamic balance, new bearings, etc.

•               New ComAp Control panel – Engine generator control panel – mounted above back-end back alternator

All components used will be inspected before assembly of engine for exact manufacturers’ specifications

The term “Zero Hour Overhaul” is limited to the typical rebuild standards provided by Kraft Power Corporation.
